Paint Sugestions

Hi All,

Before I launch, I need to put a new coat of anti-fowling paint on my poor boat. Currently it's flaking off, so that it's rough and showing the jell coat in a few places.

Wondering if anyone has advice on a good paint that goes on quickly (I want to launch a a few weeks), and easily (I'm a not experienced - or handy).
