Join Aquatic Park Sailing Club
A cooperative sailing club in Toronto's urban wilderness since 1976
We're a member-run club, which means everyone pitches in. All memberships include a seasonal work hours commitment — typically a few weekend mornings a year helping with maintenance and club days. It's one of the things that keeps fees low and makes the community feel like one.
We have four membership types depending on how you want to sail. Read through them below and apply online, or reach out with any questions.
Senior Sailor
Bring your own keelboat and keep it on a swing mooring in our protected basin. This is the main membership for boat owners and includes full club privileges — voting rights, reciprocal access to partner clubs, participation in our Wednesday night race series, and drive-in access on weekends. Spouse/partner and children under 18 are included.

- 30 work hours per season
Consortium
Know a Senior Sailor member who wants to share their boat and mooring? A Consortium membership lets you co-sail with them at a reduced rate and lower work hour commitment. Up to three consortium members can share a single mooring, in addition to the Senior Sailor. You get access to all club facilities and events — the Senior Sailor holds the mooring and the shared vote.
- Shared access to a Senior Sailor's boat and mooring
- 10 work hours per season (vs. 30 for Senior Sailors)
- Drive-in access, club facilities, social events, and racing
- Must be associated with an existing Senior Sailor member
- One-time initiation fee: $750.00 + $97.50 HST per person
- Gate key deposit: $40.00 per key (refundable)
- No separate annual fee beyond the Senior Sailor's mooring costs
Fleet Program
Don't own a boat? The fleet program gives you access to APSC's two Tanzer 22 sailboats. Book half-day or evening slots and sail Toronto Harbour and the islands. It's a great option for people who want to keep sailing without the commitment of ownership. Spouse/partner can be included. No voting rights.
- Shared use of two club-owned Tanzer 22s
- Book morning, afternoon, or evening slots
- Up to 4 weekend pre-bookings; unlimited weekdays
- All club facilities and social events
- 10 work hours per season
- Annual fee: $1,425$1,000.00 + $130.00 HST (50th anniversary rate)
Paddle Membership
Store your kayak or canoe in our dinghy compound and paddle from one of the best launch spots in the city. A short paddle takes you to Cherry Beach, the Toronto Islands, or around the Leslie Spit — home to over 300 recorded bird species. You'll have access to the clubhouse, washrooms, and social events. No drive-in privileges (weekend shuttle available) and no voting rights.

- 1 person + 1 boat: $400.00 + $52.00 HST
- 2 people + 1 boat (shared): $500.00 + $65.00 HST
