Race coordination

• One volunteer for the season, works closely with race director and members of race committee.

• Help to coordinate the after race dinners.

• Confirm the cook and the volunteers to do the clean up.

• Confirm the menus and expected number of participants.

• Compile receipt and reimbursement for the cooks. 

• Help coordinates the weekly communications (mail) to the members and racers.

• Gather feedback for improvement.

• Help compile race result online. 

• Backup race director for committee boat coordination when needed

Two hours per week for the length of the racing season.

 

Race Dinner Chefs

We need Chefs and BBQ Experts for the Wednesday race.

​

• Cooking on site or bring from home.

• We are looking for sailing foodies to share their passion with us.

• Usually around 12 to 18 covers to prepare.

• We have 20 Wednesdays to organize.

• Pick the dates and share you cooking skills with us.

• Budget and menu are discussed with race coordination. 

 

Four hours per race day.  One or two people needed per session

​

After race support and cleanup.

• We need to leave the club sparking clean after each event.

• And the chefs often need support.
